Who am I?

A former DIY investor flipper turned Real Estate Agent.

I first fell in love with Real Estate when I bought my first home over a decade ago. It was a home in Seattle built in 1944 with so much 'old home' charm! I loved the entire process of going from old, outdated, and {ugly} to new, updated, and BEAUTIFUL! And I love the equity I was building at the same time. That was only the beginning.

Through my DIY mentality, I built a tremedous amount of sweat equity in my homes and was the first of my family to get out of multi-generational poverty level through investing in my own homes. I ended up buying, renovating and selling many homes doing this!

Now I get to help families do the same... whether you're a first time home buyer or a seasoned investor.... my main focus is to make sure you're making informed decisions that are in line with your long term goals!
