• I'm from PNW (Pacific Northwest) so when time allows, I love to go back to hike. Last year I won coveted permits to backpack The Enchantments for 6 days! It was a labor of love, blood, sweat, tears, blisters, and soggy feet from the snow! But 100% would do it again if given the chance.

  • One of the main reasons why I love being in Ocala is being so close to the vacation hubs in every direction! The keys will always have my vote for a tropical vacay..... but when I want a cooler, more mountainous scene, the cabins in North Georgia have a special place too!

  • There are so many to choose from, such a hard question! Brooklyn's Backyard for a good family dinner. Flying Boat Tap room for a unique date night. Grace's Hibachi for an experience! Downtown, I love Tex Mex Cantina especially on the weekends with live music. Not in Ocala but if I want to eat by the water Swampys in Dunnellon sits right on the Rainbow River and Eaton's Beach at Lake Weir are always a favorite!

  • I'm going to put my paddleboard on my roof rack and go paddle Weeki Wachee River to go swim with the manatees! Weeki Wachee is one of my favorite places to paddleboard.... there are always manatees hanging around and you won't get harassed by the alligators.

So nice to meet you! Writing bio's are hard so bare with me.... I'm way better at negotiating contracts - I promise. Growing up I spent most of my younger years in California. I came from the depths of poverty so homeownership was not something I even considered much thought about until I was a full fledged "adult" trying to buy my own! I spent my fair share of time doing my own research on properties, neighborhoods, renovations, and Real Estate in general. I never really stopped searching for properties even when I wasn't actively buying! When looking for our first few houses we had a number of Realtors help us and I learned the true meaning of excellence in this industry. I look back at what a little pill I probably was for my Realtors at the time - so when my clients tell me they're stressed or frustrated with the process - trust me - I get it! Being a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned veteran at the ol’ game; it just plain sucks when a curveball hits! One of the most important lessons I learned from my experiences as a buyer and seller was: Communication is 100% key. I strive to make sure my clients are well informed of the happenings of their transaction as well as keep expectations realistic. Even when its not always the easiest conversation to have. Real Estate is that one thing that keeps me on my toes. I'm always learning, growing, and learning some more. Going from first-time homebuyer - to investor - to Realtor was the path meant for me. It's changed my life for generations to come and I'm passionate in helping others make the best real estate decisions they can! Because it's truly a good life! Aside from all that you can usually find me exploring our area's glorious natural springs or searching for Monkeys at Silver Springs State Park. Florida is a wild ride and I'm glad I'm here for it.

Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt

A couple years ago I started a group to get to know my neighbors, NE Ocala Neighborhood. At first it was tight knit group with weekly coffees and sunday brunches but now it is so much more; with about 400 people! My favorite way to give back to both the members of this little community and while supporting and promoting small business owners is to host an annual easter egg hunt every year with a photographer to capture memories for families (all for free). Each year it grows bigger, better and more fun! It is my most favorite event of the year.
